USAID Library |
All research, clearance, and due diligence requests must be submitted through Service Now.
The physical USAID Library remains closed, but all electronic resources and librarian assistance remain available online.
The library is temporarily located in room B03.06H in the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C. Staff are available to assist with knowledge and information services Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Connect with the library by email at dataservicesrequest@usaid.gov.
The library home page can be found here.
The USAID Library is a part of USAID Data Services in M/CIO.

Due to on going budgetary constraints the USAID Library does not subscribe to any of the major legal databases. There are, however, a number of online alternatives that are free to researchers.
Several databases provide access to primary source materials on their own sites, without any charge to the user. These sites vary in terms of the types of materials collected, the scope of their coverage, and their search options. Other sites provide free access to secondary resources such as law dictionaries and legal periodicals.
Use the tabs on the left hand side of this guide to navigate between these resources.
Please direct any questions or comments to dataservicesrequest@usaid.gov.
